Numbers don't replace the work, but they show where it's landed so far.
A few of the projects that shaped how we work today.
Our first cohort of Premanu Fellows worked across 10 government schools in Churu, transforming them into model schools through infrastructure upgrades, teacher training and community leadership development.
A campaign to repaint school buildings into proper learning aids, run with local youth who showed up to do the work themselves. It went well enough that the District Magistrate publicly acknowledged the effort.
Emergency support for over a thousand individuals: rations, medical kits with sanitisers and N95 masks, and train and bus tickets to help people get home safely.
When schools went online during COVID-19, children without internet access or devices were simply left behind. We ran doorstep remedial classes for 1,000 of them until that gap closed.
The pandemic lockdown wiped out livelihoods for families who had little cushion to begin with. We supported 35 families with mentorship, guidance and financial aid to find a new way forward.
